Refund Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.  

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for change of mind purchases. These returns need to meet the following requirements.

(a) The return is initiated and placed in the post within 30 days of receipt of order confirmation email.

(b) All returned items are unused and in a saleable condition. 

(c) All returned items are in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including sealed boxes, branded seed bags and all Seeds included with the purchase

(d) it has not been specifically excluded from the change of mind returns policy, such as ‘Final Sale’ items. The exclusion will be noted on the relevant product page on our Site.

To ensure these returns are assessed and processed swiftly, you must email us at [email protected] prior to returning your purchase.

The cost of returning the item for change of mind returns is not covered by Birde and will not be part of the refunded costs.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


Missing or damaged product/s

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
