Can I use Seeds with multiple Birde players?

Yes, you can use your Seeds with more than one Birde player. You will need to download the Seeds to each player you wish to use them with.

What can I do if my Tap & Play Books are missing content or stickers?

If your Tap & Play Books are missing stickers, please let us know the order details so we can arrange for the missing sticker to be sent to your current postal address. If the books are not showing in the app, verify the email address used for purcha

How can I track my parcel without an account?
