Some tips and tricks to help you get started.

My Birde won’t connect to my Wi-Fi.

Birde requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection. Your router may be dual-band (i.e. has a 2.4GHz and 5GHz connection) and display 2 separate network names or share a common name for both.

My Birde says “content not available, notification sent”

Great! Now you just need to download the music, story or video content held on the Birde Seed or Tap and Play Book.

My new Birde Seeds won’t work

When you buy new Seeds or Tap and Play Books, you will need to download the music, story or video content held on them on to your Birde Player before they will play.

My Birde Seed or Tap and Play Book didn’t finish downloading

How do I update my Birde Player’s Software?

To manually update the Birde software. Make sure your Birde is turned on and connected to your Wi-Fi network.

What do the symbols next to my seeds mean?

You may noticed that there are orange icons next to a Seed or Book Title in your Birde App. Tapping (or selecting) the icon will allow you to see the status of the digital music, story or video content.
