What do the symbols next to my seeds mean?Updated 2 years ago

You may noticed that there are orange icons next to a Seed or Book Title in your Birde App. Tapping (or selecting) the icon will allow you to see the status of the digital music, story or video content. There are a variety of icons with various meanings.

• Downloaded - The content has been downloaded on to your Birde and is ready to be played. 
• Not downloaded - The content has not been downloaded on to your Birde and will not play.  
• Downloading - Your Birde is currently downloading the content. 
• Download pending - This means the content can begin downloading once your Birde is turned on and is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
• Delete - Tap this icon to remove this content from your Birde Player. (Note: if you have purchased this content, it will always be available to re-download. The information is removed from the Birde Player, but not your account). 
• Delete pending - The content will be removed from your Birde Player when it is next turned on and connected to a Wi-Fi network. 
• Error - Downloading has been interrupted or has not completed successfully. Ensure your Birde Player is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, then resume the download.
