Do I need Wi-Fi for Birde to work?
A 2.4ghz Wi-Fi connections is needed for two reasons. 1. To download new seeds. 2. To stream your Birde player to a compatible smart TV.
I’ve lost something!
Oooops! You went on a holiday and left your charging dock behind, or your little one's favourite seed has been lost in the abyss of the toy box!
How do I know if my Birde Player is charging?
When your Birde Player is turned off and connected to its charger, it will intermittently flash green.
Do I need the Birde Smart Phone App?
The Birde Smart Phone App allows you, the parent or care giver, to change or skip tracks, monitor & change the volume, monitor screen time, check battery life and to and purchase Birde Seeds or Tap and Play Books.
How can I clean my Birde Player?
There's no denying that kiddos can be grubby little beings. So, if you do discover smooshed banana on the Birde, it's super easy to clean.
